Declutter Before Packing
Consider donating, selling, or tossing anything you’t want to bring along. Remember, fewer items mean a quicker and lower costs. If you haven’t used in a year, it’s likely time to let it go!
Label Boxes Clearly
Label each box with the corresponding room and a few key contents, such as "Kitchen – pans +." This simple step speeds up the unloading process and ensures your crew places items where they belong, making your move much more efficient.
Prep Large Items
Preparing larger items for disassembly can significantly save time during your project. Be sure to manage any cords properly to avoidling and ensure a smooth process. Taking these steps will help keep everything organized and efficient.
Secure Parking & Access
Ensure that access to the building is available on the day of the move. Additionally, located good access points for the loading & unloading of the truck at destinations.
